Q:Why Microsoft Media Player reports "The input media format is invalid." in playing the result file?

A:Some Mp3 file have ID3 Tag version 2, and embed extra picture files in the ID3 Tag, which cause the tag size detected error in Mp3go128. To solve this problem, you are suggested to remove the ID3 Tag Version 2 in the source file before converting. Mp3 files with ID3 Tag version 1 and version 2 without pictures embedded are not impacted. This is hoped to be solved in the next version of Mp3go128.

Q:Mp3go128 can only add 3 or 4 files at a time?

A:Please use Drag and Drop from Windows Explorer to drag all the files into Mp3go128

Q:In Windows Vista, I got error of "Dest file create failed in file" file name when converting?

A:This is because you choose converting destination folder to "My Music" or "My Document" folders, these folder no longer a real folder under Vista, all you need to do is save to a real folder like c:\music or d:\music. You can check Microsoft for the detail: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930128
